We often do this funny thing. I have been guilty of it too.
We make a humble observation that we have hit a plateau, that we need more diversity in our thought process, new ways of thinking.
We go out and hire people who are diverse, think differently from us.
Then we try our best to tell them exactly how things work here, and what they should do so that they can be successful.
